For Reno Lovers part 2
As far as traditions go, you and Reno had made over the years. One of the most important being that every year, after the first day of school, you would spend the night at Reno's house. And that's exactly where you were; in the kitchen eating ice cream. You were sitting at the counter on one of the bar stools and Reno was standing on the other, leaning forward on his elbows. The two of you had settled into a comfortable silence, happily munching on chocolate ice cream. Reno stole a glance up, and couldn't help but think how cute you looked perched on the stool with ice cream on the side of your mouth. His hand itched to reach up and wipe it away, let his hand linger, softly stroke your cheek, weave his fingers through your hair, slowly pull your face closer until…
"Reno."
"Huh, what?" Reno asked as he was pulled out of his daze. He blinked before focusing on you, who was staring at him with owlish, waiting eyes.
"You were staring. Is something wrong?" You knew Reno would occasionally go off into lala land, but you had never seen him so out of it. The look on his face was… longing? And as soon as you had asked your question, Reno suddenly seemed flustered.
"Ah- y-you have ice cream on your mouth." His reply was quick, and he recovered almost instantly. In his usual cockly, cool tone, he said "I'm gonna go put some pajamas on." With that, he he calmly left the room. Confused, you glanced at the clock over the stove.
"Reno, it's only seven-thirty!"
*
You emerged from the bathroom, hair wet, in your sleep shirt and a pair of Reno's old sweatpants. Reno was laying backwards on his bed in green pajama pants and a ratty, old grey t-shirt. Unbeknownst to him, you crept up behind him to watch the pictures on his phone as he flipped through them. There were ones of him, his friend, Rude, his cousin, Axel. There were ones of you and him… actually, there were a lot. You noticed that he had stopped on one from before he left for the summer.
Reno was about to leave; you two were literally standing outside the car. You were saying your goodbyes, and you could feel the tears in your voice. Before Reno could see you cry, you wrapped your arms around him, not wanting to let go. He returned the gesture, tightly wrapping his arms around your waiste. You felt himpull one arm away while the other tightened and you could feel his fingers clutch the fabric of your t-shirt. Your eyes were closed contently and your face was pressed gently against his soft, slightly muscular chest. It felt like home.
You were brought out of your reverie by a pair of bright blue eyes glancing back at you. Reno was looking over his shoulder, wondering how long you had been there. For the next few seconds, you two just looked at eachother. You couldn't take your eyes off the red-head; even when he narrowed his eyes, all you could do was smile. All of a sudden, Reno sat up and turned around so that he was facing you, and you could see how torn he looked. But you didn't know what could upset him so much.
Now that he was sitting up, you could see him clearly.
His red hair had been released from a ponytail, his t-shirt clung to his body, and his eyes were filled with a mixture of love, lust, and longing. You could see him breathing a bit ragged and a very faint dusting of pink on his face.
Confused, and a bit worried, you walked over to him, and you could feel his eyes follow your every step, only he wasn't quite looking at your face. When you were finally close enough, you knelt on the bed and looked at Reno, looking for any sign of illness or discomfort. The only thing you noticed was that his hand twitched as soon you sat down.
"Hm? Reno?" With your inspection of his health, your face grew slighlty closer until your faces were only a few inches apart. The whole whil, Reno's expression had not changed, in fact, the only thing you saw was his muscles tense. You could feel his ragged beathing on your face.
Suddenly, you were being pinned to the bed by your wrists. Leaning over you was Reno, his face set in determination, though his eyes were nothing but soft and loving. He was heavier than you thought he'd be, and as he leaned on you, your breathing fell intune with each other's. His breath was hot on your neck as his nose trailed along your jaw line. When he spoke, his voice was rough and husky.
"______, I need to tell you something. When I came back today, I was expecting to see my best friend after four months. But when I saw you today, you looked so beautiful. Everytime you laughed, smiled, or just said my name, my heart jumped." At this, he caressed your cheek with the back of his hand. His hand continued to trail down your neck, and when he reached your coller bone, he continued down your arm until his tightly grasped your left hand.
"_____," he whispered, "you're too great to pass up."
And with that, he crashed his lips to yours. He released your hands, only to keep one behind your neck as the other tangled its fingers in your hair. You wrapped your arms around his neck, not beleiving this is real. This was real, this was real… The two of you parted only for a secong as Reno kissed your neck tenderly, leaving butterfly kisses as he made his way back to your lips. Another kiss ensued, full of passion and devotion. You loved his kisses, and you loved him even more.
Five mintues later found you two half asleep, Reno nuzzling your neck and you basking in the glow of new found love. This was wonderful, you thought, and as Reno arms tightened around your waiste, you couldn't help but give in to the smile forming on your face. You felt Reno pull up the covers, and with a final kiss goodnight-well, maybe not the last one- you fell with your head on Reno's chest and his arms securly wrapped around your body.
Best first day ever.

For Reno Lovers: An Epilogue
Reno winks at you as he helps you out of his car. You smile and roll your eyes. This was ridiculous. It's your second date, and he's decided to take you to the most expensive restaurant in Midgar. And as such, the one with the highest dress code.
You carefully watch your feet to make sure you don't trip over them. Even with your arms in Reno's, the possibility of disaster is not ruled out. The edge of your dress is precariously close to the ground, and your shoes are a completely different story.
You sigh and try not to think about the fact tha

"Just so you know, when this is all over, I'm going to kill you." You calmly say to a dumbfounded Reno. It wasn't right to rebuke one of your superiors, and you knew better - but this was sort of his fault.
He simply stares up at you, panting for breath.
****FLASHBACK****
"HEY!" Tseng screams at you while you are walking into Shin-Ra headquarters. You turn and smile at him. "Hey Tseng what's-" He slams into you and grabs your arms. "Rude and Reno have gotten into a fight!" You gasp for air-he knocked it out of you.
"I'm sure (pant) they'll be fine," You say, trying to calm his excited black eyes. He begins to sha

You were walking, just walking, down a fairly deserted street. A few children playing here and there, but other than them, there was no one. There was a fountain right in the middle of this small town, and you went to sit down on its edge.
It had many different kinds of flowers growing in troughs that someone had filled with soil. They made the air smell sweet and calming. You closed your eyes and just listened to the children and the water for awhile, so you did not notice the footsteps headed towards you.
Reno paused only to pick a bright red poppy from the assortment. He twirled it in his fingers and continued towards you.
